1.Drink a glass of water before you start each meal.

This will make you feel full and will decrease the amount of food you eat in one sitting.

2. Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas. All those colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means more calories. The more you can cut down on these sweetened bottle drinks, the better off you will be.

So, if you must drink sodas, stick to diet sodas.

3. Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons. These foods contain 90 to 95 % water and they fill you up without making you gain weight.

4.If you have a craving for fruit juice, try fresh fruit juice instead of those that contain artificial flavors.

5. Choose fresh fruit to processed fruits. Processed and canned fruits do not have as much fiber as fresh fruit and processed and canned fruit is almost always sweetened.

A barely decent article. I wish your actual website had more substance to it other than just a bunch of affiliate things. Your link had little substance and alot of fluff. Your article was alright except the part about drinking diet soda. Too much sodium. Diet soda has no redeeming benefits.

I stand corrected, it is not an affiliate site, it is a site to sell Ebooks.  I wish you luck, I have had little success with sites such as that type.  I wish you luck though!!!
